Here is a video demonstrating how to gain Paragon Levels fast in Hell. You won't get the best drops, but basically everyone at Level 60 can kill monsters in A3 Hell. With Exp Gear and and 5 stacks of Nephalem Valor you can average 1 Million experience every 4 minutes.
